The parties have signed a Preliminary Purchase Agreement for a new 22,000 sq m Build-to-Suit facility, on a 20 year term sale &amp; leaseback transaction.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are pleased to secure our first transaction on the Polish market in such a core and well established location.
