All of our investments are here and our Company is listed here on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Moving the registered office to Poland is thus a natural step, which will improve the operational effectiveness of all entities in our Group and enhance transparency for investors. For our shareholders from Poland this also means easier direct access to general meetings,\u201d <\/em>said <strong>Nir Netzer, CEO of Ronson Europe.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe planned transfer of our registered office from the Netherlands to Poland will bring real benefits to both the Company and its shareholders because it will allow us to significantly reduce administrative and operating costs,\u201d <\/em>said<strong> Rami Geris, member of the Company\u2019s management board and CFO. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>First, the management board intends to change Ronson Europe\u2019s legal form from a Dutch-law company to a European Company (SE) and then transfer its registered office to Poland. Shareholder approval is necessary for both of these steps. To this end, the management board will soon call a general meeting in order to adopt a resolution on the change of legal form. The transfer of the registered office to Poland will require an additional resolution to be adopted at a subsequent general meeting.
