Revolut is opening a new office in Warsaw\u2019s Rondo 1 skyscraper in response to the company\u2019s rapid growth in Poland and the needs of employees who prefer working on-site.<\/p>\n
Over the next year, the company plans to hire more than 300 people in Poland across services, engineering, data analytics, operations and sales. This will increase Revolut\u2019s total workforce in the country to more than 1,600 employees.<\/p>\n
Poland is Revolut\u2019s fourth-largest market worldwide and its largest market in Central and Eastern Europe. More than 5.5 million people in Poland already use the platform, including over one million customers who joined during the past year alone.<\/p>\n
Revolut will open its new office in central Warsaw this autumn. Located on the 32nd floor of the landmark Rondo 1 skyscraper, the space will support the company\u2019s continued growth in Poland and provide a workplace for teams that prefer working from the office.<\/p>\n
Although Revolut operates under a flexible remote-first model, physical office spaces continue to play an important role in supporting collaboration, knowledge sharing and the development of the company\u2019s organisational culture. Employees can choose whether to work from home, from the company\u2019s offices in Warsaw or Krak\u00f3w, or from abroad through its international mobility programmes.<\/p>\n
The new office will occupy more than 900 square metres and will offer 60 workstations, along with dedicated spaces for teamwork and meetings. Designed by renowned architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, Rondo 1 was Warsaw\u2019s first AAA-class office skyscraper.<\/p>\n
The new location in one of the capital\u2019s most prestigious office buildings further strengthens Poland\u2019s position as one of Revolut\u2019s key technology hubs. Teams based in Poland develop global solutions in engineering, data analytics and operations.<\/p>\n
Revolut currently employs more than 1,300 people in Poland and continues to expand its teams in both Warsaw and Krak\u00f3w, where one of the company\u2019s global hubs is located.<\/p>\n
Over the next year, Revolut plans to create more than 300 new jobs in Poland across engineering, data analytics, operations, sales and services. Recruitment will cover both office-based positions and roles that can be performed remotely from anywhere in the country.<\/p>\n
