Revolut is opening a new office in Warsaw’s Rondo 1 skyscraper in response to the company’s rapid growth in Poland and the needs of employees who prefer working on-site.

Over the next year, the company plans to hire more than 300 people in Poland across services, engineering, data analytics, operations and sales. This will increase Revolut’s total workforce in the country to more than 1,600 employees.

Poland is Revolut’s fourth-largest market worldwide and its largest market in Central and Eastern Europe. More than 5.5 million people in Poland already use the platform, including over one million customers who joined during the past year alone.

Revolut will open its new office in central Warsaw this autumn. Located on the 32nd floor of the landmark Rondo 1 skyscraper, the space will support the company’s continued growth in Poland and provide a workplace for teams that prefer working from the office.

Although Revolut operates under a flexible remote-first model, physical office spaces continue to play an important role in supporting collaboration, knowledge sharing and the development of the company’s organisational culture. Employees can choose whether to work from home, from the company’s offices in Warsaw or Kraków, or from abroad through its international mobility programmes.

The new office will occupy more than 900 square metres and will offer 60 workstations, along with dedicated spaces for teamwork and meetings. Designed by renowned architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, Rondo 1 was Warsaw’s first AAA-class office skyscraper.

The new location in one of the capital’s most prestigious office buildings further strengthens Poland’s position as one of Revolut’s key technology hubs. Teams based in Poland develop global solutions in engineering, data analytics and operations.

Revolut currently employs more than 1,300 people in Poland and continues to expand its teams in both Warsaw and Kraków, where one of the company’s global hubs is located.

Over the next year, Revolut plans to create more than 300 new jobs in Poland across engineering, data analytics, operations, sales and services. Recruitment will cover both office-based positions and roles that can be performed remotely from anywhere in the country.

“We are consistently strengthening Revolut’s presence in Poland. Although our flexible remote-first model remains one of our most highly valued employee benefits, our Warsaw teams have expressed a need for a shared physical meeting space. We are therefore creating an environment that supports collaboration, innovation and the exchange of ideas, while also providing an inspiring workplace for people who prefer working from the office,” said Kuba Fast, CEO of Revolut Bank UAB.

“We are investing in Poland for the long term. Hiring 300 new employees will allow us not only to develop innovative solutions in the country, but also to build a strong base of specialist expertise. This is an important step on our journey towards becoming the bank of first choice for people in Poland,” he added.

“Poland holds a unique position within Revolut. It is both one of our fastest-growing markets and one of our most important global talent hubs. Our continued investments in Poland directly support this growth. By building strong local teams, we are strengthening our relationships with customers and earning their trust, which forms the foundation of our continued development,” said Wiktor Stopa, Head of Growth at Revolut.

Poland is currently Revolut’s fourth-largest market worldwide and its largest market in Central and Eastern Europe. More than 5.5 million people in Poland use the platform, with over one million new customers joining during the past year alone.
