On 4 September 2026, Kraków’s Manggha Museum will host the fourth edition of the Ailleron Innovation Forum — an event for leaders from the banking, leasing, lending and technology sectors. Registration is now open.
The Ailleron Innovation Forum 2026 returns to Kraków as a platform for discussing how technology is transforming the financial sector in practical terms — from customer service and sales to lending and leasing processes, as well as the use of AI, data and conversational channels in the day-to-day operations of financial institutions.
This year’s edition will take place on 4 September 2026 at the Manggha Museum in Kraków. It will be the fourth edition of the event, which has brought together representatives of banks, leasing companies, fintechs and technology organisations since 2023. The previous edition attracted nearly 250 participants, both in person and online, and featured 16 sessions delivered by 31 speakers.
From inspiration to practical implementation
From the outset, the Ailleron Innovation Forum has been a place for discussing the future direction of the financial sector. In 2026, the focus will shift even more strongly towards practical applications: specific uses of AI, lessons learned from implementation projects and the decisions currently being made by leaders responsible for products, sales, operations and digital channel development.
The programme will focus on issues that directly affect the competitiveness of financial institutions, including conversational banking, AI-powered customer service, Voice of Customer analysis, the automation of sales journeys, new self-service models and the use of data in business decision-making. Speakers will include experts from ElevenLabs, Google, Ab Initio, ING Bank ÅšlÄ…ski and Erste Bank Polska.
IN THE FINANCIAL SECTOR, DISCUSSIONS ABOUT AI ARE NO LONGER ABOUT THE FUTURE. TODAY, THE KEY QUESTION IS HOW TO IMPLEMENT TECHNOLOGY SO THAT IT GENUINELY IMPROVES SALES, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROCESS EFFICIENCY. WE ARE CREATING THE AILLERON INNOVATION FORUM 2026 TO DISCUSS THESE CHALLENGES IN PRACTICAL TERMS — FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF BANKS, LEASING COMPANIES, LENDERS, INSURERS AND TECHNOLOGY PROVIDERS.
Patrycja Leszek-Królikowska, Head of Experience Strategy & Design Excellence, Ailleron S.A.
Participants will be able to attend presentations and discussions exploring how voice is becoming a new interface for customer interaction, how AI is changing the relationship between advisers and self-service channels, and how lending and leasing solutions can be designed to improve speed, convenience and conversion rates.
An agenda built around real market challenges
The AIF 2026 programme focuses on areas that directly influence the competitiveness of financial institutions. Topics will include AI in customer service, Voice of Customer analysis, conversational banking, future technologies, security and regulation in the age of AI, and the development of next-generation leasing and lending solutions.
The opening part of the programme will introduce participants to the main themes of this year’s edition before moving into a series of sessions examining the relationship between AI and customer experience. Experts will demonstrate how voice is becoming a new infrastructure for customer interaction, how AI can support the analysis of customer needs and why conversation is increasingly replacing the traditional application interface.
The next part of the programme will focus on redefining customer experience in financial services, particularly in leasing and lending. One of the central questions will be who will ultimately close the sale in the future: the customer, the adviser or an AI agent. This is particularly relevant for companies seeking to shorten the journey from initial interest to a final decision, improve the performance of digital channels and maintain a high-quality customer experience.
Later sessions will examine conversational banking in practice, new models for creating value with AI, autonomous data ecosystems and technologies supporting the development of modern mobile applications. The agenda will also address digital transformation as a driver of growth and demonstrate how properly implemented technology can generate measurable business results.
Relevant to the lending and insurance sectors
The Ailleron Innovation Forum 2026 is intended for the financial sector in its broadest sense. Although many of the examples will concern banking, leasing and lending, the issues being discussed are also directly relevant to the insurance industry.
Decision-makers from lending and insurance companies will find sessions covering the automation of sales processes, the design of digital customer journeys, after-sales service, offer personalisation, data analysis, the use of AI in customer interactions and the optimisation of operational and sales teams.
These areas are increasingly becoming decisive sources of competitive advantage: decision-making speed, service quality, process simplicity, the availability of digital channels and an organisation’s ability to implement technology without compromising security, regulatory compliance or customer experience.
A special guest will discuss decision-making under pressure
One of the highlights of the Ailleron Innovation Forum 2026 will be a presentation by a special guest speaker, who will share a unique perspective on decision-making in conditions of uncertainty and intense pressure. Her experiences will provide a starting point for a broader discussion about concentration, responsibility, risk assessment and effective action in a rapidly changing environment.
The subject is particularly relevant to financial-sector leaders, who must deal with market volatility, regulatory requirements, technological developments and rising customer expectations on a daily basis. The presentation will show that making sound decisions in challenging circumstances requires not only courage, but above all preparation, risk analysis, trust in the process and the ability to act despite incomplete information and uncertainty.
A platform for exchanging experience
From the beginning, the Ailleron Innovation Forum has combined expert presentations with opportunities for direct knowledge-sharing between representatives of different segments of the financial market. The event’s format encourages conversations about what actually works within organisations: which implementations generate results, where barriers arise and how the role of technology in building customer relationships is evolving.
Representatives of banks, leasing companies, lending institutions and technology organisations will take to the stage to share their experiences of implementing AI, data, automation and digital solutions in real-world business environments.
As a result, AIF 2026 will be more than a conference about trends. Above all, it will be a place for discussing the decisions that are already shaping the development of the financial sector.
Who is AIF 2026 for?
The event is designed for professionals responsible for business and technology development within financial institutions, including management board members and leaders in digital banking, sales, operations, customer experience, innovation, IT and lending, leasing, loan and insurance products.
AIF 2026 will be particularly valuable to decision-makers from banks, leasing companies, lending institutions, insurance providers, fintechs and technology companies who are looking for practical answers to questions concerning efficiency, automation, the scaling of digital processes and the use of AI in everyday operations.
It is a meeting for those who are not interested in general declarations about the future, but want to understand how other organisations are addressing similar challenges: how they implement AI, design sales and customer-service processes, use data, improve conversion rates and combine innovation with security, regulatory compliance and customer expectations.
Registration for the Ailleron Innovation Forum 2026 is now open. Details of the programme and the registration form are available on the event website: www.innovation-forum.ailleron.com. The number of places is limited.
