Medicalgorithmics has signed an agreement with Singapore-based Care Vision Health Care to distribute cardiac monitoring devices and ECG analysis services in Malaysia and Singapore. The initial target for Malaysia is the sale of 150 Kardiobeat.ai devices within 12 months of local regulatory registration. The Polish company also expects opportunities for recurring revenue from ECG analysis.
The Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed developer of AI-based ECG analysis technologies has secured a commercial partner in Southeast Asia. Care Vision will distribute Kardiobeat.ai devices and offer services powered by the Deep Rhythm Platform and Deep Rhythm AI algorithms.
The partnership also covers Wellysis S-Patch EX and EXL wearable ECG recorders, broadening the range of cardiac monitoring solutions available to medical providers in the region.
Sales target depends on regulatory registration
The agreement establishes a framework for commercial cooperation. It initially envisages sales of 150 Kardiobeat.ai devices in Malaysia during the first 12 months following their registration with the local regulator.
This is a sales target, not a confirmed order. Medicalgorithmics has not disclosed the contract value or forecast revenue from its implementation.
Kardiobeat.ai is a wireless recorder that enables cardiac monitoring outside the clinic. Recorded ECG data can subsequently be analysed using the company’s software.
Hardware sales could generate recurring analysis revenue
Medicalgorithmics plans to earn revenue from both device sales and subsequent ECG analysis. Service revenue will depend on the number and duration of patient monitoring sessions.
The commercial outcome will therefore be determined not only by the number of recorders sold but also by how intensively healthcare providers use them.
“Southeast Asia is an important market in our international development strategy. We see significant opportunities for AI-assisted cardiac diagnostics here as healthcare providers increasingly adopt remote monitoring and digital technologies. The partnership with Care Vision combines local market knowledge with our proprietary ECG analysis technology. It creates a scalable foundation for long-term growth and recurring revenue in the region,” said Dr Kris Siemionow, CEO of Medicalgorithmics.
Malaysia and Singapore to support regional expansion
The company intends to use the Care Vision partnership to expand its commercial presence in Malaysia and Singapore. It expects interest from healthcare facilities in ambulatory ECG monitoring and AI-supported diagnostic services.
Medicalgorithmics believes the agreement could also provide a basis for further expansion in Southeast Asia. Its local partner will develop distribution, while the Polish company will supply the hardware and ECG analysis technology.
The agreement has been concluded for an indefinite period. Its implementation depends on obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals and generating demand among healthcare providers.
