As of 30 June 2026, the Group controlled land capable of accommodating approximately 19,150 residential units with a combined net usable floor area of around 808,800 square metres across 18 cities.
“The first half of the year confirmed that the housing market remains stable, although it is still demanding and continues to be largely a buyer’s market,” says Nikodem Iskra, President of the Management Board of Murapol SA.
“High supply and the broad selection of available homes mean that buyers now expect not only an attractive price, but also higher quality, greater functionality and additional amenities.”
Murapol expands its affordable premium offer
Murapol is increasing the proportion of projects positioned in the affordable premium segment.
In its new developments, the company is introducing more amenities, including observation terraces, Murapol Gym outdoor fitness facilities and recreational areas designed to improve residents’ everyday comfort while keeping housing prices at a reasonable level.
“We provide customers with more value without requiring them to bear significantly higher costs,” Iskra says.
“This direction, which we began pursuing several years ago, will become the standard across all Murapol Group residential developments: greater convenience at the same price.”
The company also plans to strengthen its presence in Poland’s largest metropolitan areas as it continues expanding its land bank.
According to Murapol, the scale of these markets, their infrastructure and long-term development potential create attractive prospects for future growth.
“At the same time, we will maintain our activity in regional markets where we have successfully built our position over many years,” Iskra adds.
More than 36,000 homes completed in 25 years
During more than 25 years of operations, up to 30 June 2026, Murapol Group completed 104 multi-stage developments.
