Sfinks Polska Appoints New Supervisory Board

The General Meeting of Shareholders of Sfinks Polska S.A. has appointed a new Supervisory Board for a five-year term. The board includes Lidia Jasińska, Tadeusz Kościński, Artur Maicki, Sławomir Pawłowski and Artur Wasilewski.

Following its first meeting, the Supervisory Board appointed Sławomir Pawłowski as Chair and Artur Wasilewski as Deputy Chair. Artur Maicki was named Chair of the Audit Committee for the new term.

Sławomir Pawłowski – Chair of the Supervisory Board

Sławomir Pawłowski has extensive business experience in managing a range of operational areas and teams. During the 1970s and 1980s, he worked at the Central Office of the Municipal Housing Supply and Transport Enterprise, including as Technical Director and Operations Director.

Between 1995 and 1997, he served as Development Director at Dominet S.A., a financial intermediation company. From 1997 to 2008, he was Vice President of the Management Board of Dominet S.A., where he oversaw cooperation with partners and business counterparties, as well as the development of insurance products offered through the company’s sales network.

Pawłowski also has substantial experience in the sports sector. He served, among other roles, as Sports Director at MAWI Sp. z o.o. and sat on the Supervisory Board of RTS Widzew Łódź S.A., including as its Chair.

From 2012 to 2019, he was Vice President of the Management Board of Sfinks Polska S.A. He also served as Chair of the company’s Supervisory Board during the previous term.

By education, he is a teacher and has completed numerous specialist courses in sales and business management.

Artur Wasilewski – Deputy Chair of the Supervisory Board

Artur Wasilewski is a legal counsel with many years of professional experience. Since 2006, he has run his own law firm, specialising in services for listed companies operating in the pharmaceutical, restaurant, plastics processing, construction, manufacturing, security and festival organisation sectors.

Since 2017, he has also served as a legal counsel at the Entrepreneurship Support Centre in Łódź, where he handles matters related to obtaining European Union funding.

Between 2010 and 2013, Wasilewski was a member of the Standing Committee for International Cooperation at the National Council of Legal Advisers. From 2007 to 2013, he chaired the Professional Development and European Affairs Committee of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Łódź.

He served as Deputy Chair of the Sfinks Polska Supervisory Board in the previous term.

Wasilewski is the author of publications on commercial law. He graduated in law and administration from the University of Łódź. In 2009, he received the Silver Badge of Merit for the Self-Government of Legal Advisers, awarded by the Presidium of the National Council of Legal Advisers.

Artur Maicki – Chair of the Audit Committee and Member of the Supervisory Board

Artur Maicki is an experienced specialist in financial management and projects involving international operations, IT system implementation, restructuring, supply chains and acquisitions.

He currently serves as Finance Director at Reichle & De-Massari Polska, a company he has been associated with since 2000. Earlier, between 1995 and 2000, he worked as a financial controller at Unilever Polska. From 1994 to 1995, he was an assistant to the Undersecretary of State at the Office of the Council of Ministers.

From 2024 until September 2025, he was also a member of the management board of Tora Sp. z o.o. In the previous term, he served as a member of Sfinks Polska’s Supervisory Board and Audit Committee.

Maicki is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where he studied banking, and Warsaw University of Technology, where he studied power engineering. He also completed an Executive MBA programme at the University of Social Sciences and postgraduate programmes at Kozminski University in real estate management, EU fund acquisition and management, accounting, and corporate finance.

He has also completed numerous professional courses and certifications, including in finance and accounting. Since 2014, he has been a councillor of the town and municipality of Piaseczno, currently serving his third consecutive term. Since 2018, he has chaired the Finance and Investment Committee of the Piaseczno Municipal Council.

Lidia Jasińska – Member of the Supervisory Board

From 2012 to 2025, Lidia Jasińska was associated with Sfinks Polska S.A. as Director of the Organisational and Legal Department. Her responsibilities included organising the work of the company’s governing bodies, liaising with supervisory and securities-market institutions, and serving as a commercial proxy.

She was also a member of Sfinks Polska’s Supervisory Board during the previous term. In addition, she serves on the supervisory boards of two joint-stock companies: SpiceUp S.A., a Sfinks Polska Group company, since May 4, 2022, and SportLive24 S.A. since May 10, 2024.

Between 2004 and 2012, she was a member of the management boards of OrsNet Sp. z o.o. and SportLive24 S.A. Her responsibilities covered the organisation of corporate operations, debt recovery and outsourced accounting and HR services.

From 2000 to 2003, she worked at Dominet S.A., and subsequently at Dominet Bank S.A. between 2002 and 2006. There, she held, among other positions, the role of Head of the Debt Collection Department and adviser to the President of the Risk Management Division.

Between 1984 and 1999, she worked in healthcare and medical education, including as a vocational training teacher and junior assistant.

Jasińska holds a master’s degree from Poznań University of Medical Sciences and completed postgraduate studies in “Money and Banking” at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Warsaw. She also holds certificates in corporate governance and internal process management, as well as project management.

Tadeusz Kościński – Member of the Supervisory Board

Tadeusz Kościński brings extensive experience from the banking sector and public administration. He has been associated with state administration since 2015, initially serving as an Undersecretary of State and later as Poland’s Minister of Finance from 2019 to 2022.

In that role, he was responsible for macroeconomic policy, regulatory reforms and the strategic management of public finances during a period of global economic instability. He also represented Poland at major international financial institutions, including the International Monetary Fund, the European Investment Bank and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank.

Kościński also served as the Prime Minister’s representative to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions in banking in London and Warsaw, including at Bank Handlowy and Santander Bank Polska, formerly Bank Zachodni WBK.

He is a member of the Supervisory Board of Superfood360, in which Sfinks Polska holds a 10.8% stake.

Born in London, Kościński studied at Goldsmiths, University of London. He is also a graduate of the Jagiellonian Academy in Toruń and holds an MBA in artificial intelligence from the University of Cumbria.
