Podium_Park“The capital of Małopolska continues to be the second largest office centre in Poland and at the same time one of the best locations for the business services sector in our part of Europe, in particular in the IT industry. The share of expansions and relocations in lease transaction volume is rising rapidly. This means that companies operating in Krakow need increasingly more and better quality office space,” says Anna Galicka-Bieda, partner, regional director, Colliers International, Krakow.

“We are pleased that Podium Park is appreciated by another prestigious tenant. The location of our project, the finishing standard including furnishing, the quality of implementation, as well as the number of amenities confirm that our building meets the expectations of very demanding clients. Podium Park places a high value on the natural environment and employee comfort. Tenants will be provided with numerous modern solutions. Our project will be the most electromobile office complex in Poland. Green courtyards are provided between the buildings as common space including covered bicycle parking areas as well as a unique urban farming zone dedicated to tenants. The highest level of thermal comfort will be ensured by the building’s external facade, which was designed in accordance with thermal conditions and standards applicable as from 2021,” says Adam Iwański, leasing  manager, Podium Investment.
