The Extraordinary General Meeting passed a resolution appointing Rafał Antczak as President of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The General Meeting has decided to dismiss from the Exchange Management Board Małgorzata Zaleska.

The resolution of the General Meeting to appoint Rafał Antczak and the resolution to dismiss Małgorzata Zaleska take effect on the date of delivery to the WSE the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) decision concerning the approval of the changes within the Exchange Management Board.

Rafał Antczak

Member of the Board of Deloitte Consulting since October 2008 till January 2017. Economist and manager with 20 years of experience in delivering projects for governments and private businesses from real and financial sectors domestically and abroad. In 2006-2008, managing director and chief economist at PZU Group, also developing company strategy, supervising financial investments on capital markets, and restructuring of daughter-companies in Ukraine. In 1994-2006, economist at Centre for Social and Economic Research (CASE) Foundation, member of advisory missions to Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Pro bono member of Audit Committee of the Academy for the Development of Philanthropy in Poland, expert of the Union of Big Families 3+.
