Murapol S.A. Makes Successful Debut on Warsaw Stock Exchange

Shares of Murapol S.A., one of the largest and most experienced residential developers in Poland, are now listed on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The debut on the Warsaw exchange is the culmination of a public offering, reaching a value of about PLN 404 million. Consequently, the company’s capitalization, resulting from the final offer price, amounts to approximately PLN 1.35 billion.

Commenting on today’s event, Nikodem Iskra, CEO of the Murapol Group, said, “For over 22 years, the Murapol Group has been successfully co-creating the Polish housing market, and today it is joining the ranks of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. It’s a special day for us – we start a new stage in the development of our company, with new shareholders on board. We have both foreign investors and domestic funds as well as a large group of individual investors. Our unique business approach and market expectations have reassured us that we are heading in the right direction. Our company has numerous competitive advantages, including a solid market position, a product offer targeted at a wide range of customers, and a proven business model that has proven effective even in times of variable economic conditions.”

Summary of the public offering of Murapol S.A. shares:

– The final number of shares offered in the Offer was 12,240,000, which constitutes 30% of the share capital of Murapol S.A. The investment funds managed by Ares Management, a global firm in alternate investments, sold the shares.

– The final price of the shares offered for individual and institutional investors were set at PLN 33 per share. This made the total value of the Offer reached approximately PLN 404 million, and the resulting capitalization of the Company is approximately PLN 1.35 billion.

– Individual investors received 855,000 shares (which represents approximately 7% of the final number of shares offered). Institutional investors received a total of 11,385,000 shares.

– As previously announced, members of the Management Board and some members of the Supervisory Board also participated in the Offer, having acquired shares of the Company.

– Erste Group Bank AG, Erste Securities Polska S.A., Pekao Investment Banking S.A., Santander Bank Polska S.A. – Santander Brokerage House, and Banco Santander S.A. acted as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners. Pekao’s Brokerage Office served as the Brokerage Firm mediating in the public offering and the Joint Bookrunner and the Stabilizing Manager.
