Ronson Development recommends PLN 0.06 dividend per share

The management of Ronson Development will recommend paying out a dividend of PLN 0.06 per share or a total of PLN 9.8 mln from retained earnings. The company has also decided to update its dividend policy and wants to recommend sharing with shareholders 50% consolidated net profit, but no less than PLN 9.8 mln (PLN 0.06 per share at current number of issued shares), in the coming years.

The management proposes September 25 as the dividend date and intends to make the payment on October 4, 2018.

“The financial standing of the Company is very strong and we are honored to be able to share profits with our shareholders.” said Nir Netzer, CEO of Ronson Development.

“Ronson has been paying out regular dividends since 2014 and we intend to continue our excellent track record in this regard. That is why in the coming years we intend to recommend dividend payouts of 50% of consolidated net profit, but no less than PLN 9.8 mln. The final dividend recommendations in future years will be based on the assessment of the Group’s balance sheet and cash flow position, among other factors.” said Rami Geris, CFO of Ronson Development.
