The Smartlink Partners fund, co-created by Polish entrepreneurs, has invested PLN 2 million in Ostendi Global Sp. z o.o., the owner of the OstendiHR platform. Thanks to the acquired funds, the company plans to intensify the acquisition of foreign customers, especially in the USA.

OstendiHR is a platform based on network solutions (ostendihr.com portal) for managing soft HR area processes, including onboarding, reonboarding, off-boarding, competency review, potential assessment, goal setting and management, organizational diagnosis, attendance management and knowledge management in the organization.

“Thanks to the use of OstendiHR solutions, clients automate repeatable tasks, which in turn accelerates the process of receiving data about employed workers. Thanks to the modular nature of the platform and the ability to use diagnostic tools, the platform operates in the models of purchasing reports (usage-based) and subscription” – explains Bożena Roczniak, founder and CEO of Ostendi Global Sp. z o.o.

The company currently has clients in Poland, European and some non-European countries, achieving about 10% of revenues from abroad. The investment, which will be transferred in two tranches of PLN 1 million each, will be mainly used to intensify foreign sales and further product development.

“This is already the second investment of the Smartlink partners fund, which has been operating since June this year. The company responds to our strategy because it achieves significant recurring revenues and has regular customers. The company’s product is market-tested and is capable of effectively competing with the best solutions present on the global market. The project founders are determined to develop also beyond our country and in our opinion, they are on the best path to achieve international success” – declares Bartłomiej Kurylak, Managing Partner of Smartlink Partners, as well as CFO of JR Holding ASI SA.

By investing PLN 2 million, Smartlink Partners join investors such as Marcin Grzymkowski and his MKK3 fund, who actively support the development of Ostendi Global.

Smartlink Partners ASI was formally registered in May 2023, and supports selected enterprises from the broadly understood digital business industry (including SaaS, AI software, marketplace), renewable energy, and deeptech (including spacetech and greentech), at the development stage from seed, through growth to round A with amounts up to EUR 2 million.
