Sfinks restaurant chains posted sales of PLN 51.27 million in Q1 2026

Foodservice sales generated by restaurants managed by Sfinks Polska, excluding the Piwiarnia chain, which is not covered by reporting, reached PLN 51.27 million after Q1 2026, representing a year-on-year increase of 1.9%. At the same time, sales results for comparable locations, those operating at the end of each month in the compared quarters (L4L), amounted to PLN 48.73 million and were 2.4% higher than a year earlier.

“Our chains’ sales results have been recording steady quarter-on-quarter growth, although due to unusual weather conditions in March, the overall Q1 figures are not as strong as the results generated by our network in January and February alone this year. Moreover, although the reported number of restaurants operating within the chain at the end of the last and the comparable quarter remained unchanged at 76, the network itself changed during the analyzed period. A year ago, we started with 78 locations, and that number fell to 76 during the quarter. This year, we began from a lower base, but we are consistently implementing our planned expansion of the network’s potential. At the end of March, we opened a new franchise restaurant in GdaƄsk, and another SPHINX restaurant in Aleksandrów Ɓódzki will open as early as April,” commented Sylwester Cacek, CEO of Sfinks Polska.

The reported foodservice sales include net sales revenue generated by both franchised and company-owned locations within the Sfinks Polska network. Foodservice sales do not include revenue from the Piwiarnia chain. At the same time, the company points out that foodservice sales are not identical to sales revenue recognized by Sfinks Polska. The latter consists of foodservice sales revenue generated by company-owned restaurants and franchise fees charged on foodservice sales generated by franchised restaurants. In the latter case, foodservice sales revenue constitutes revenue of the franchisees.

Foodservice revenue refers to the revenue of all locations operating under brands belonging to the Sfinks Polska Group, excluding the Piwiarnia chain.
