Małgorzata Fibakiewicz Appointed CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland

Małgorzata Fibakiewicz has been appointed CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.

With more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate market, Małgorzata Fibakiewicz brings extensive leadership expertise, deep market knowledge and a strong track record in delivering complex advisory and transaction projects to her new role. She began her professional career in office leasing and subsequently expanded her experience across multiple areas of the business, successfully leading interdisciplinary teams and working at the intersection of transaction advisory, market analysis, consulting, research and strategic advisory services.

Her experience extends far beyond the office sector. It includes projects spanning different business areas, strategic initiatives and cooperation across business lines, giving her a distinctive perspective on both clients’ needs and the changing dynamics of the market.

Known for her collaborative leadership style, strong client focus and ability to operate effectively in complex business environments, Małgorzata has played an important role in strengthening the company’s market position and supporting its long-term development.

Małgorzata succeeds Erik Drukker, whom the company thanks for his significant contribution to the organisation’s development over the past 13 years. During his seven years leading the company’s operations in Poland, he played a key role in strengthening its market position, increasing revenue and profitability, and successfully steering the business through a period of stable growth despite a challenging market environment.

Under his leadership, the company also expanded its capabilities by investing in innovation, data-driven solutions, and new tools and services designed to provide even better support for clients and teams. These initiatives have created solid foundations for the organisation’s continued long-term development.

Biography

Before joining BNP Paribas Real Estate, Małgorzata Fibakiewicz spent more than a decade gaining experience in corporate real estate and banking, holding management positions at DTZ, now Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE and Kredyt Bank. During her career, she delivered projects involving real estate portfolio management, lease transaction negotiations, workplace transformation and major expansion programmes for leading financial institutions.

Her professional background combines strategic advisory expertise with hands-on corporate real estate management and business transformation project delivery.

Małgorzata completed postgraduate studies in real estate management at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and in banking at the Warsaw School of Economics. She is also a graduate of the University of Łódź, where she studied Classical Philology.
