Anwim S.A., the owner of the MOYA fuel station chain, has signed an investment loan agreement with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) for the amount of PLN 229 million. These funds will be allocated to continue the expansion of the MOYA fuel station network. By 2028, the company aims to have at least 700 locations throughout Poland.

Each year sees the addition of approximately 50 new MOYA stations. The company plans to maintain its current rate of expansion. The acquired funds will be used for construction, modernization, and the purchase of fuel stations. Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego has had a long-term collaboration with Anwim, supporting the implementation of its long-term development strategy. The trust from one of the most significant financial institutions in Poland confirms the company’s ability to manage its finances and investment projects effectively.

“Anwim is a stable and trustworthy company that has enjoyed the trust of its customers and business partners for years. The funding from Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, amounting to PLN 229 million, is a testament to this trust. It marks another step in our development strategy – we believe it will strengthen our position in the fuel market. The financing will be a significant boost for the further growth of the MOYA fuel station network – we are the leader in growth dynamics, and we intend to maintain this position,” emphasizes Rafał Pietrasina, CEO of Anwim S.A. He adds, “We consistently implement our strategy and achieve our set goals. Expanding the MOYA network, alongside investments in eco-friendly solutions, is one of the pillars of Anwim Group’s development.”

Currently, the MOYA fuel station network consists of 430 locations throughout Poland, with plans to expand to 500 by the end of the next year. Besides fuel sales, the stations offer a broad range of products in their on-site stores, including their brand of popular items like windshield wiper fluid and energy drinks. The company is also developing the Caffe MOYA gastronomic concept, offering a wide selection of beverages and snacks. Thanks to the consistent expansion of its network and the introduction of modern solutions like the Super MOYA app, the MOYA customer base is growing rapidly. A significant part of their business also comes from fleet customers, who can benefit from the MOYA company program. With the acquisition of the Dutch company, The Fuel Company, fleet services are available throughout Europe.

Furthermore, Anwim S.A. is also involved in the import and distribution of fuels nationwide. The company’s development strategy includes green investments, such as the construction of electric vehicle charging points and the production and sale of electricity from renewable energy sources.
