It has been an excellent year for Poland’s entire modern warehouse space sector. The total supply has exceeded the threshold of 11 million square meters and continues to grow. The record volume of space delivered to the market through the year, low vacancy rate and the considerable number of schemes under construction are the best testimony to the great condition of this particular segment of the market. The record result of 180 000 sqm means that BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland can now boast of having an established position amongst the leading industrial and logistics experts – assesses Katarzyna Pyś-Fabiańczyk, Head of Industrial and Logistics Department, Central and Eastern Europe, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.

Our strategic objective for the coming year is to expand our operations on the markets across Central and Eastern Europe and further develop and strengthen our regional office network, which will provide us with a solid basis for ending another with an even more spectacular result – adds Katarzyna Pyś-Fabiańczyk.
