A successful end to 2016 for the Industrial and Logistics Department at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland

More than 180 000 square meters of warehouse space leased is the result achieved by the Industrial and Logistics Department at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland at the end of 2016. The above figure comprises, amongst others, the following transactions: DTS (a total of more than 6 000 sqm of warehouse space), K-Flex (more than 10 000 sqm) and Clipper (nearly 10 000 sqm).

It has been an excellent year for Poland’s entire modern warehouse space sector. The total supply has exceeded the threshold of 11 million square meters and continues to grow. The record volume of space delivered to the market through the year, low vacancy rate and the considerable number of schemes under construction are the best testimony to the great condition of this particular segment of the market. The record result of 180 000 sqm means that BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland can now boast of having an established position amongst the leading industrial and logistics experts – assesses Katarzyna Pyś-Fabiańczyk, Head of Industrial and Logistics Department, Central and Eastern Europe, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.
