Preliminary estimates show that in September 2023, monthly revenue from TIM SA’s net sales of goods and services directly related to the sale of goods amounted to PLN 118.6 million (-6.9% YoY). The third quarter of 2023 brought in a total of PLN 345.6 million (-1% YoY), while the first nine months of 2023 yielded PLN 1.05 billion (-3.5% YoY).

Revenue from online sales completed independently by customers reached the level of PLN 80.3 million in September 2023 (-10% YoY). Throughout Q3 2023, they totalled PLN 237.5 million (-4.9% YoY), and in the January-September 2023 period, they hit PLN 710.2 million (-6.8% YoY).

Last year’s September, aside from the non-standard March, was the best in terms of sales revenue for the entire year of 2022. This year’s September is the third-best sales month of the current year, after March and June.

“We managed to surpass one billion złoty in revenue in September, just as we did a year ago,” notes Krzysztof Folta, President of TIM SA’s Management Board. “I am pleased with the sales results of the whole third quarter of the current year, which we ended practically at the level of a similar period last year. If we take a look at the past nine months of 2023, especially since the beginning of the second quarter, we can see the market situation is becoming gradually more challenging each month. However, I believe that TIM is managing very well in the face of the ongoing economic slowdown. I am confident that our business model will allow the company to navigate the last quarter of 2023 and the first quarters of 2024 in similarly good shape,” added Krzysztof Folta.
